Technological characteristics: According to the properties of Coolmax fibers, after repeated research, test and production, it is considered that the dyeing process of Coolmax fabrics has the following characteristics:
(1) Coolmax fabric can not be treated with strong alkali, otherwise it will lead to rapid degradation of fibers, affecting many of its properties.
(2) The setting temperature of fabrics should not be too high, generally controlled at 185-190 C.
(3) The dyeing temperature should be controlled at 120 C, not too high. Excessive high dyeing temperature will cause the deformation, expansion and distortion of the porous channels in the fiber structure. After cooling, the shape of the porous channels will be fixed and the porous channels will be blocked, which will affect the moisture permeability of the fabric.
(4) In order to ensure Coolmax's moisture absorption and sweat absorption, hydrophilic softener must be used for finishing.
New elastic fabric
1. Brief introduction of PTT, PBT and T-400 fibers

PTT fiber (polypropylene terephthalate) is a new product in the family of polyester fibers, which has the characteristics of both polyester fibers and polyphenolamine fibers. In addition to its strong stain resistance, its dyeing performance is superior to nylon, soft handle and elongation are equivalent to elastic fibers. It can be dyed and printed with commonly used disperse dyes without special chemicals. The fabric has the characteristics of dry and crisp.
PBT fiber (polybutylene terephthalate) is a new type of polyester fiber. PBT fiber not only has excellent properties of PTT fiber, but also has good elasticity. T-400 fiber is a new type of composite polyester fiber which DuPont Company has recently introduced to the market. The fibers are made of two kinds of polyester fibers which are spinned side by side. Because the shrinkage of the two kinds of polyester fibers is different, the fibers can produce permanent three-dimensional crimp, which makes the fibers have excellent elasticity.
2. Dyeing and finishing of cotton/PTT, PBT and T-400 interwoven fabrics

Processing characteristics:
(1) High temperature treatment (such as desizing and scouring) with strong alkali can not be used for a long time in order to avoid damaging the elasticity of fibers. Enzymatic desizing-cold heap process has better treatment effect.
(2) Mercerizing of PTT, PBT, T-400 and cotton interwoven fabrics is beneficial to improving the adsorption performance, dyeing depth and brightness of the fabrics, making the surface of the fabrics smooth and reflective uniform, and the mercerizing caustic soda concentration is 190-210 g/l.
(3) In the dyeing and finishing process, it is necessary to strengthen the washing to make the fabric fully washed.
(4) Shaping temperature should not be too high, generally controlled at 140-160 times; 30S to ensure fabric elasticity.
(5) The dyeing rate of PTT, PBT and T-400 fibers is faster, and the heating rate should be slower than that of ordinary polyester fibers in order to prevent dyeing.
(6) The dyeing temperature should be controlled at 125 C to ensure better elasticity.
