Beginning in 2019, many industries in Xiaoshan will face a deadline for renovation. According to the plan, Hangzhou will realize PM2 by 20225. Concentration of the whole city reached the standard, energy consumption and industrial structure were further optimized. By 2035, Hangzhou will eliminate heavily polluted weather in an all-round way, so that the general public can enjoy the blue sky, white clouds and fresh air.
Chemical and dyeing industries will enter industrial parks in the future
The Plan clearly stipulates that the elimination, closure and transformation of chemical enterprises in Dajiangdong Industrial Agglomeration Zone of Hangzhou, paper making, chemical industry and smelting in Fuyang District, printing and dyeing and chemical industry enterprises in Xiaoshan District and chemical industry enterprises in Jiande City should be strengthened.
By 2020, small smelting, plastic granulation (including waste recycling) and small chemical industry enterprises will be phased out first, and heavy polluting industries such as chemical industry, paper making, smelting, casting and electroplating that have not entered the industrial park (industrial agglomeration area) will be implemented with ldquo, cage changing Bird & rdquo;.

According to the task list, in 2019 Xiaoshan will close four foundry enterprises, 11 electroplating enterprises and one thermoelectric enterprise around the city.

With the implementation of river support development, the distribution of pollution enterprises along the Qiantang River is no longer allowed, so the two types of chemical enterprises along the coast should be relocated. In addition to the roads along the river, the plan also calls for the planning of parallel zonal green spaces of 50 to 200 meters on both sides of the Qiantang River, with additional zonal green spaces on both sides of the vertical rivers and streets.
With the renovation and relocation of many industries, there will be no energy-consuming and heavy-polluting enterprises in the area around Xiaoshan in the future.
In addition, vigorous control of VOCs pollution will also improve the air quality in Xiaoshan.
