Cooperation, win win and good foreign trade, our country has realized AEO mutual recognition with 14

At present, China has signed &ldquo with the 36 countries and regions of the 9 economies of the European Union, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, New Zealand, Japan, Israel, Australia and so on. The authorized operator &rdquo (AEO) mutual recognition arrangement, including 14 &ldquo, one belt and one road, and the other countries along the border, achieved smooth trade.



& ldquo; certified operator & rdquo; system is an important system advocated by WCO to achieve the goal of the Framework of Standards for Global Trade Security and Facilitation and to build a partnership between customs and business. Customs through the development of AEO mutual recognition cooperation, mutual recognition of each other's country (region) AEO enterprise qualifications, and provide customs clearance facilitation measures. For example, we can directly enjoy the differential and convenient supervision measures based on credit management, such as lower inspection rate, preferential handling of customs business, establishment of liaison officers and preferential clearance in extraordinary periods, which greatly reduce the clearance time of enterprises, minimize the trade cost of import and export enterprises, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.



Recently, the General Administration of Customs has been pushing forward the process of mutual recognition and consultation with &ldquo, &rdquo and AEO. During the upcoming second session of the &ldquo, the &rdquo and the International Cooperation Summit Forum, China's customs will sign bilateral AEO mutual recognition arrangements with Belarus, Kazakhstan, and the newly joined &ldquo and Uruguay &rdquo.



At present, the General Administration of Customs has basically completed mutual recognition consultation with Mongolia and other national customs, and is expected to achieve mutual recognition within the year. In addition, the General Administration of customs is actively promoting the AEO mutual recognition negotiations with Iran and other 10 odd &ldquo, one belt and one road &rdquo.
