Ministry of Ecology and Environment Briefed on Strengthening Supervision in Key Areas of Blue Sky De

In the key areas of the Blue Sky Defense Campaign from 2018 to 2019, intensified supervision continued. On January 7, the Working Group found 18 gas-related environmental problems, and on January 7, the Working Group found 13 serious pollution weather emergency response problems were not strictly implemented (see the attached table).
1. Thirteen emergency response problems for heavily polluted weather have not been strictly implemented.
Among them, there are two Anci districts in Langfang City, one Yanshan County in Cangzhou City, one Lincheng County in Xingtai City, one Pingyao County in Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province, one Xingyang County in Zhengzhou City, one Xingyang City in Henan Province, one Gulou District in Kaifeng City, one Shunhe Hui District, one Fengquan District in Xinxiang City, one Huojia County, one Yuanyang County, one National High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Luoyang City and one Mengjin County.
Secondly, there are four problems of dust control in construction sites.
Among them, there are 1 Jingxiu District, 1 Gaoyang County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, and 2 Yangqu County, Taiyuan City, Shanxi Province.
3. There are six problems in the failure of dust control measures in the material yard.
Among them, there are 1 Qianxi County in Tangshan City, Hebei Province, 2 Changli County in Qinhuangdao City, 1 Huguan County in Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, 1 Linqing City in Liaocheng City, Shandong Province, and 1 Yangling Demonstration Area in Shaanxi Province.
Fourthly, there are two problems concerning the non-standard setting of sewage outlets.
The working group found that two enterprises in Zhongyuan District, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province (both with exhaust cylinders less than 15 meters in height) did not meet the requirements of EIA.
Fifth, there are six other environmental problems related to gas.
The working group found that there was open-air burning in Getiao Port Township, Changli County, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, and Shuangmiao Village, Diqiu Township, Linzhang County, Handan City, behind Tianqiang Logistics in Botou City, Cangzhou City. There is an enterprise in Nangong City, Xingtai, Hebei Province that has the problem of abnormal operation of air pollution prevention and control facilities. One enterprise in the old urban area of Luoyang City in Henan Province has the problem of inadequate VOCs renovation. There is a black gas station in Anguo City, Baoding, Hebei Province. There is no formalities and no oil and gas recovery device is installed.
The Ministry of Ecology and Environment has handed over the list of problems to the relevant municipal and county (district) people's governments for investigation and treatment according to law.
